We all did this for Kevin Garnett which wont happen but this one will. If Artest would be dealt to the Celtics I would have to give up Ricky Davis and Al Jefferson. Even though they are my favorite players on the Celts but I couldnt pass up the dominance of Pierce and Artest. Even though they might end up like my Eagles with TO and Mcnabb. Their starting lineup would look like this.
Perkins/Blount Lafrentz/Blount Artest Pierce West
Boost their record by about 10 wins.

That has to be one of the most one sided trades ive heard of since the artest trade was brought up. The Pacers would never give up Artest for Ricky Davis. I dont know if they would accept Pierce for Artest. Artest is a great player it may take pierce and a first rounder to get artest in Boston.

I agree, the Pacers wouldn't take Ricky Davis for Ron Artest.
I've heard rumors that the Sonics might give up Rashard Lewis for Artest though. That's a fair trade.

Pacers won't get equal value in return for Artest unless the other team gets Artest to sign an agreement stating he'll stay in control.
Besides that, Artest has hurt his trade value and the Pacers chances to deal him
