The Grizzlies maintained their defensive dominance on Tuesday night as they won their sixth straight, and tenth of their last twelve, beating the Hornets 89-73. At 13-5, the Grizz hang on to a tie for the second best record in the Western Conference. Don't look for the winning trend to change soon as Memphis plays six if its next seven at home.
Friday night brings the Dallas Mavericks to town for a second meeting in less that two weeks. The Grizz trounced the Mavs by twentyin their first encounter. Look for this one to be a little closer. The winner of this game will take sole possession of second place in the Southwest Division of the Western Conference.
